Looking for small production crew for documentary project in Atlanta

Looking to put a small crew for a independent documentary production being produced in Atlanta this spring. We are still in pre-production on this project. The project is about workers in the sex industry. So with that being said, nobody closed minded nor under the age of 18 would even being considered. College and Grad Students strongly encouraged.

Compensation
Compensation will vary by role but will be mostly standard for low budget documentary films.
Meals will also be supplied by the production.
